Total Recall is an action thriller about reality and memory, inspired anew by the famous short story “We Can Remember It For You Wholesale” by Philip K. These posters advertise the fact that you can become a soccer superstar, an astronaut, or even a smiling businessman with a cell phone at Rekall. The posters act as advertisements for “Rekall” which, if you’re unfamiliar with the story, is a place in the future where people can go to have false memories implanted in their brains to give them the satisfaction of fulfilling fantasies that have actually never physically been experienced. They’ve finally landed online in a high resolution capacity, so we can take a closer look at this fun collection. Over the past few weeks, some really cool viral posters for director Len Wiseman’s Total Recall reboot have been popping up in bus shelters and on billboards.
